fixed a bunch of performance issues and just cleaned up code
fixed huge lag spike when hit with inward bones, as that desynced the song from the attacks
changed text system
made damage consistent, no more 10 damage in one hit while also being able to sit in the attack and be fine. it is now a constant rate that i can actually change now instead of it being wild
